Over her 20 years of producing, Luz has refined her approach, focusing on producing exceptional specialty coffee through careful farm management and selective picking.
This thoughtful, carefully-produced coffee produces a comforting, moreish brew; dark, sticky sweetness (think caramel and toffee) with a juicy pear finish. The sort of coffee you'll be brewing a few times each morning.
